Alamgeer Timbar Whole /Cubeb Pepper is a rare Indonesian spice with a mild peppery flavour and a slight bitter aftertaste. It is used along with nutmeg, ginger and cloves to form a four spice mix which is very popular in French cuisine. It can be used as an alternative to regular pepper.
